Knife Edge Transfers are positively driven, and assist in maintaining
product orientation. These transfers are specifically engineered for
delicate or small products such as cookies, raw dough, cupcakes, croissant,
and pizza. They are also ideal for hamburger patties, chicken, and
fish fillets. Knife Edge Transfers can be slave driven, or supplied
with a single or variable speed drive.
