POWERWASH 2000 PORTABLE, WASHING SYSTEMS
The POWERWASH 2000 is engineered to meet today's demanding requirements for improved sanitation in food processing plants. In one compact, all-stainless steel system, the POWERWASH 2000 ensures optimal hygiene with three complete cycles of cleaning: Foam, Rinse, and Sanitize.

FLEXIBILITY
The POWERWASH 2000 may be used in both Automatic and Manual modes.

In the Automatic mode, the POWERWASH 2000 becomes an integral part of the I.J. WHITE in-line CIP Belt Washing Station, providing 500 PSI cleaning of the entire product zone. Portable with quick easy release disconnects, the system may also be used with multiple CIP Belt Washing Stations in the same plant.

In the Manual Mode, plant personnel can use the POWERWASH 2000 to easily clean the entire processing area. The system comes with two-high-pressure hoses, each with its own manual sanitation wand for complete control of foaming and rinsing.

ECONOMY
The POWERWASH 2000 conserves water and lowers energy consumption. A high-efficiency 5HP motor, coupled with a positive displacement pump, reduces water usage while providing maximum pressure.

CIP SYSTEMS
Fully recirculating and single pass CIP Cleaning Systems are available, utilizing strategically placed spray balls and manifolds throughout the system. These systems provide three stage cleaning in the product zone. Completely automatic and PLC controlled, these systems are ideal for USDA applications.

BELT WASHING STATIONS
Our three stage Belt Washing Stations are of all Stainless Steel construction. This totally enclosed unit consists of the following: water manifolds, all stainless steel nozzles, drains and quick connect hook-ups.
