Customer service seems to be a lost art in today’s corporate world. However, your technical representative Tracy Moore restores my confidence. Sirs, she is one of a kind and is very valuable to your corporation. Like other companies, our company acquired capital funding at the end of the year. We needed someone that could help us make that happen and Tracy was that person. Her dedication and motivation towards building a win-win situation for both of our companies was nothing less than outstanding. Tracy is pleasant, hard-working and extremely knowledgeable, a true asset.
I just felt I had to tell you what you already know. We are spending a lot of money with you and I feel it will be the best money spent this year. Again, I wanted to say thank you for having someone that really makes the difference. Tracy is wonderful.
