Last Friday, we broke a belt on our spiral, and our spare belting could not be found.
I contacted Tracy about two minutes before she was to go home. She stayed and worked with me for more than an hour, making phone calls to your supplier, and to me, to ensure that we received this belting as soon as possible.
This was a critical need, for without the spiral, we could not produce products for our customers.
Through her efforts, we will meet our customers’ needs. A special thanks to I.J. White and Tracy on her engagement and concern.
