Steve and Andy,

I wanted to let you know how satisfied we were with the recent service visit.

Matt was very thorough with the inspections and led the CTI team through the rebuilds and belt flips. He really knows the spiral equipment well and put in the hard work required to get all the spirals back up and running on schedule. This was the smoothest shutdown we have had so far and I am pleased that Matt was an important part of the success.

Please pass on my compliments and put him on the top of the list for future CTI service visits.
